Not the seller but the manufacturer are a nightmare to deal with if the pedal malfunctions. Regardless of anything they write here to placate potential buyers I ended up writing to the CEO and still got nowhere. Over a pedal. Never again will I buy from them.

I’ve owned Neunaber products before. I knew what to expect. Or so I thought. This thing sounds luscious, and so natural. I’m still playing around with it, but it’s amazing how they can pack so much sound into such a small pedal. I’m still trying to figure out how to turn trails on, as currently when i disengage the pedal, the reverb sounds immediately shuts off. Other than that, I don’t see myself having any issues

I've owned a few multi-reverb type pedals. Some were not so good, some were pretty good. I sold a WET pedal to help pay for this one. This is truly spectacular. I love a rich plate reverb effect, but still use spring when I feel it's required. This pedal does both very well. It also retains WET, which I was very happy about, since I liked using my WET pedal. Beautiful Hall effect, which I don't use live, but like to use at home and for recording. Very good time based effects as well. It's a real keeper and sounds beautiful no matter what you set it up for.

Did a ton of research for a good reverb pedal... The plate reverb the echo and the shimmer are amazing!!! Can easily get thick quite reverb!! So far no looking back!!
