Who do I contact for damage on 2 of the brushes. Frayed hairs can’t cut them not enough good to cut? Please help..

Would these brushes work for tiny D&D mini figures?

I have never painted D&D mini figures but I can say that these brushes are tiny and make very thin lines. I use one exclusively for my signature on my paintings. So, I can only say that I think they would work well on these tiny figures.

Are theses brushes for stencils?

I would think that they would be too small and soft for stencils. These brushes are for detail work. You need a stiffer, bigger brush for stencils.

Do these paint brushes have seamless ferrule?

Yes, they have a seamless (double crimped) copper ferrule, which keeps both the hairs and the handle secure. Hope this helps.
