Ordered two weeks ago, put in printer, had problems getting my printer back on line. Finally did get online, price Ted two and one half pages and was told I'm out of ink, and apparently I am!! Livid doesn't even come close to how I feel. I live in a very small inaccessible town, meaning I can't just pop down the road and get what I need. Ordering online is a lifesaver for me. I'm very unhappy and refuse to put the other ink cartridge in until I get some answers about this order. Two genuine hp cartridges, printer acknowledged it when inserted. Two pages?? UPDATE: I APOLOGIZE. TURNED OUT TO BE MY PRINTER. THE INK I RECEIVED FROM AMAZON IS FINE!!! AND WAY CHEAPER THAN THE INSTANT INK PROGRAM!!!!! BEWARE! I highly recommend that you do not join HP instant ink program. They take out the money, don't send ink on time and then, they charged me $30 for ONE cartridge I didn't get back to them on time. HP ENVY printer is what I have, a wonderful printer but the instant ink program stinks!!!

I called today, so this post is being modified to the response I was given. The man told me to do one thing to the cartridge that would produce ink, and it did but the machine still rejected the cartridge, I was too late for replacement six months after my order, BUT he did volunteer to send me a new cartridge and sent a tracking number. I was shocked, it made my day as driving forty-five miles to purchase a new one would have been terrible, All Office Smarts Corp won me over, they were wonderful so I am giving them a five-stars

I gave 5 stars to cartridges and Office Deport although I still have problem to install a new black cartridge for my Officejet 4635. My case may provide some help for other customers. I bought a brand new Officejet 4635 at Costco last year. When black cartridge was low, I ordered a twin pack HP 61 original ink cartridges from Office Deport online. Somehow both cartridges HP 61 showed "Incompatible Cartridge, the indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer" during installation. I followed HP customer support troubleshooting: remove/reinsert cartridge, clean the electrical contacts, reset the printer. The printer still showed "Incompatible Cartridge". I think both back cartridges may be defective and returned to Office Deport. Office Deport did wonderful service and refund my money. Then, I went to local Office Deport bought a single black cartridge HP 61. Unfortunately it was still "Incompatible Cartridge". I did one experiment to replace color cartridge without any problem. Both the old and new color cartridges work fine. I am very sure the problem is from printer itself. Whatever reason printer can't recognize the new black cartridge, even it was genuine.

Great product. No problems. Much better pricing than an offline office supply chain. Works great right up to the last page. I find that subscribing works well and is super convenient.

I use it to print task sheets, but after a dozen pages printed on both sides, the cartridge is almost out of ink. At least I only print them every 4 to 6 months, so the remaining ink can be used to print recipes.

I have bought refurbished in years past and had nothing but issues. It is great to have a place to get original HP products at a better price that most stores.
