Been adding these Vedaka flaxseeds to my morning smoothies and dal for a couple of months now and I am very satisfied. The quality is great, seeds are clean with no impurities or bad smell. Vedaka as an Amazon brand is consistently reliable and this product is no different. The 200g pack is good enough to last a while if you use a tablespoon daily. Flaxseeds are excellent for digestion and omega 3 intake and at this price it makes healthy eating very affordable. Delivery was fast and packaging was sealed properly. Very happy with this and will keep reordering.
