Where can you buy an extra tire and wheel frame?

We bought a new tire at our local bike shop. The rear tire on ours had a hole in it when we received it.

How much assembly is required?

I purchased the 20" wheel version. That required bolting on the pedals to the cranks, in stalling the front wheel, installing and aligning the handlebars, and installing the basket. I am not sure about the other sized bikes.

Is the 18 inch bike too large for a boy turning 4? He's 90% for height.

The 18" bike is recommended for riders 5-9 with a height of 42"-52". The stand over height for the 18" is about 20". Thanks, Jen
