Excellent product worked like a charm !!

I HAVE A 99 TOWNCAR AND HAD NO WAY TO TELL IF THE HEADLIGHTS WERE ORIGNAL LIKE I FEEL THEY ARE SENCE THE CAR ONLY HAS 75K ORIGNAL MILES. THE LIGHTS WERE OK BUT JUST NOT AS BRITE AS I WANTED. AND THE DISTANCE JUST WAS NOT THERE. I PUT IN A SET OF THE 9007XV ON 11/15/10 AND GOT QUITE A NICE SURPRISE. THEY ARE MUCH BRITER AND GO THE EXTRA DISTENCE LIKE THEY CLAME. THESE ARE WITH OUT A DOUGHT GREAT LIGHTS I AM TELLING AS MANY FRIENDS AS I CAN TO TRY THEM OUT, I HAVE ALLREADY BOUGHT MY MOM A PAIR FOR HER CONTINENTAL. FOR 18 BUCKS YOU CAN'T POSSIBLE GO WRONG WITH THESE. I REALY WISH I COULD HAVE FOUND THEM A FUE YEARS AGO. THE LIGHT IS A BRITE WHITE AND GOES AT LEAST 25% FARTHER DOWN THE ROAD. THE WIDTH OF THE BEAMS COVER THE ENTIRE 2 LANE ROAD AND THE BERM ON BOTH SIDES. [ I NEVER HAD THAT BEFOR] I DID NOT HAVE TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENT AND NO ONE HAS BLINKED THERE LIGHT AT ME . THESE ARE WORTH THE MONEY , 18$ IS WAY BETTER THAN 30 TO 60$ LIKE MANY OTHER LAMPS ON THE MARKET. TRY THEM YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID.

I have used these on 3 different cars over the years and will continue to do so. I like that they do not stress the factory wiring nor need any changes to the headlight housings. According to the packaging they only last about 1/2 last as long as the stock headlight bulbs. Well I guess I do not drive that much at night as I have yet to wear out a set. I do know that I have replaced factory bulbs that were still working after 10 years with these due to the fact that even thought they still worked that they were noticeably dim. FYI All headlight bulbs become dimmer due to usage as they age. So if you have old / original bulbs and want a brighter bulb that gives you more distance to the front and sides without spending a lot of money buy a set of these. They may not last as many years as the factory ones yet the light pattern is much better and these will last several times as long as some of the other bulbs like the "Silver Stars" and similar bulbs. Also these are "legal" to use.While some of the other bulbs out there are not "legal" and may damage your wiring and headlight housings. If you really wish to make a serious "legal" improvement to your headlights. I would recommend upgrading to a relay headlight harness and a set of these bulbs. Thank you.

Easy to install and does the job. These have a warmer (more yellow) light color compared to other bulbs, which is just what I was looking for.

I did quite a bit of research before making this purchase. First I was looking for a brighter on the road light, then I read lots of reviews and finally and most important was longevity or bulb life. I understand the absolute best way to go may be LED but I didn't want the hassle of adding a starting capacitor or modifying the wiring. These are brighter than stock and cover the road better than the originals, they are rated at 65w. same as stock so I'm not concerned about overloading my wiring and they are rated at 375 hrs. of life which is less than the standard but far better than the brighter white halogen that last about 175 hrs. For the price which is very fair and much less than your auto parts stores I opted for these. Comparable Philips were a little cheaper but the Sylvania 9007 were generally rated better. We will see how long they will last but I believe this was a good all around choice. They do have a one year warranty, Philips has no warranty and by purchasing from Amazon it's easier to track the purchase date and pull up the purchase receipt. I like em and my F-150 likes em too. THIS PRODUCT WORKS WELL I HAVE THEM IN 3 OTHER VEHICLES. IF YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO DRIVES ALOT OF MILES AT NIGHT THEN YOU SHOULD CONSIDER THE SWITCH. I DRIVE AT NIGHT BETWEEN NJ AND VA. OFTEN TO MY FARM AND THE ADDED LIGHT ON ROADS WITHOUT STREET LIGHTS MAKES A DIF. UPDATED 11-5-14 IN RESPONSE TO THE NEG. REVIEWS, LET ME SAY THIS, IF YOU HAVE A VEHICLE THAT RUNS HEADLAMPS IN THE DAY, YOU SHOULD EXPECT A SHORTER LIFE! THE DAY MAKES THE BULBS HOTTER THAN THE NIGHT TEMPS. WITH ANY BULB, THE ADDL LIGHT ALSO INCREASES HEAT WHICH REDUCES THE LIFE OF THE BULB. IN ADDITION IF YOU HAVE A SMALL LIGHT HOUSING THAT SOME VEHICLES HAVE THEN EXPECT THE INSIDE AREA TO REACH EVEN HIGHER TEMPS. THE AVERAGE STD. BULB IS USUALLY AROUND 35 WATTS SO YOU FIND YOURSELF RUNNING HI BEAMS MORE OFTEN. THE WATTAGE ON THESE BULBS ARE HIGHER. I PREFER TO HAVE THE HIGHER CANDLE POWER AND I CARRY A SPARE BULB IN THE GLOVE FOR WHEN I LOOSE A BULB WHILE IN TRAVEL.

Great lights, huge difference from my old ones.
