Works great on PS1 and I experience great customer service
The first one I received did not work as it did not provide signal to the TV. I contacted support through Twitter and the person that helped me was very attentive, responsive, and decided to send me a new one. The new one works great and the picture is so much more clear than the original AV cable. Great product and great service! Could not ask for more.

Powers the ps one like a charm.
Bought this to power an old ps one and it works great. It looks like the original adapter as well. My only complaint is the pure size of plug portion it's massive. Needs a small extension or something so it doesn't block six outlets on a power strip.

Overvolts, Do Not Mix with Official LCD Screen
Product runs at above official spec for voltage, burned out backlight of an official LCD screen within 5 minutes of usage. Works acceptably with bare console. Would be more inclined to give a higher review if it didn't just toast a $70 accessory.
