Aroma Diffuser broken replacement please

I got the package and I was happy to finally get my girlfriends birthday present and we open it and the box was all torn but no spare peices of cardboard that world have replaced the rip all. Part of the aroma diffuser bottom was slightly broken and it barely works. Please send a replacement.
