Wow! Im now on my third container of the 20% glycolic acid pads. I'm someone that has had a lot facials and chemical peels and various acid products that are recommended to get rid of sebaceous hyperplasia. Several years later, nothing worked until I came across these pads. First of all the pad is superior to most pads that are sold in this type of product . One side of the pad has a good texture to it , one side is a little less textured than the other and I would definitely recommend that you test this product on your skin before proceeding because if you have very gentle skin, I wouldn't recommend starting off at 20%. It may be too much for you . I first started off with the Ordinary's exfoliating liquid and I hated it. It was sticky and awful to wear and I didn't see any improvement after going through a bottle. This also has a sticky residue, but it's nowhere as bad as the Ordinary's or other similar products . And once it's dried, it's not bad and you could put your makeup over it just I don't like to . I use this in the evening after my cleansing and before my other products. Or if I'm staying home, for another treatment. Somehow I developed sebaceous hyperplasia (had 5 dots). One on my forehead, one on my left cheek and 3 on my right cheek . They look like tiny anthills that flattened out with a black dot on top. I have had so many professional treatments to get rid of it and not nothing has worked until this product. I also use sacalic acid pads because that type of acid is recommended for this condition but honestly, I don't like those pads anywhere is near as these. I wish this company would come up with a sacalic acid pad too. I just love the texture to these pads it makes them outstanding. . I feel it really gives you an opportunity to scrub it into your skin and let it absorb and kill off what it needs to. After I'm done with rubbing these pads over the areas that I need treatment, then I just let it sit there and dry out on my skin. This was a better option other than the dermatologist that said they could burn them off and of course, that would risk hyperpigmentation and scarring. This was a much gentler option

Very effective exfoliating product. If you have sensitive skin you will want to proceed slowly - I would perhaps start out using it every other day. I use a pad nightly and follow with a gentle retinol product. Then a light moisturizer. My skin is clearer and has a glow the next morning when I use this product consistently. It has not helped "shrink" my pores but has evened out my skin tone. It seems to brighten my complexion. It has a medicinal scent that fades quickly. The pads are easy to use and I feel the price is reasonable. Even though I am elderly, my combination skin tolerates this product well.

I’ve been using the QRxLabs Glycolic Acid 20% Resurfacing Pads for a bit now, and overall they’re an okay product with some noticeable benefits, but also a few limitations. On the positive side, they do a good job of exfoliating the skin. After consistent use, my skin felt smoother and looked a bit more refreshed, especially in areas with rough texture. The pads are convenient and easy to use—just swipe after cleansing and you’re done, which makes them simple to fit into a routine. I also like that they give a noticeable “fresh skin” feel after application. It’s that slight tingling sensation that lets you know the product is active, but it wasn’t too harsh for me when used a few times a week. That said, the results are pretty gradual. While I did see some improvement in texture and brightness, it wasn’t anything dramatic or overnight. You definitely have to be consistent and patient to notice changes. Another thing is that it can be a bit strong if overused, so it’s not something I’d recommend using daily unless your skin is already used to acids. Moisturizing and sunscreen are definitely necessary with this kind of exfoliant. Overall, it’s a decent exfoliating product that does what it claims at a moderate level. It works well for smoothing and refreshing the skin, but it’s not a miracle solution for major skin concerns.

Use about twice per week and it works wonders. Clearer skin, tighter pores and a real “glow” from within. WARNING- I thought “more was better” and used everyday for almost a week. This caused redness, pain and peeling for over two months (especially around nose). Use as directed and it will work great

Use these once a day for my nighttime treatment. I’ve have a 30% glycolic peel years ago, and it was incredible so I thought I would try this product for maintenance. It took between 1-2 weeks of daily use to notice an improvement, and it just improved more gradually from there before finally plateauing, but I still use each night for upkeep. - This is best used for improved skin texture and reduction in pores!. My skin seemed normal and I wouldn’t have described it as troubled, but I had no idea how much more improvement I could acheive before using this product. - I use other effective treatment for hormonal acne so I can’t speak on its effectiveness for that issue and while I don’t think it would eliminate acne like other products, it may improve shallow acne scarring. Deep acne scarring would probably need a laser. - It does not eliminate facial redness. It may cause increased redness immediately after applying. - It does not clean pores, face wash is still required. - It burns mildly; that’s normal. A 30% Glycolic peel feels like your face is on fire for a few minutes so this is by far more tolerable. - It does leave a slight sticky feeling. - You may purge at first, which is normal. Stick with it. - May cause drying but moisturizers are widely available.

***Update June 2025: I mentioned in my earlier review how great am bi fade cream works with these pads. That is no longer the case with the newer am bi formula. I still use these pads on and off to smooth my skin...about two weeks at a time as needed. So I buy one jar a year. I've found aloe vera gel from the plant helps with my oily skin and brightening/moisturizing my skin...I leave it on overnight (dries fast), wash in the AM. ***Update March 2023: I've bought this 5 times now and I notice it does keep my hormonal acne mostly away. But as soon as a few days go by without use, I break out if I'm around my monthly and my skin becomes oilier. Still works great and fast with Ambi fade cream. I wish it brightened my skin and corrected my tone. My face is initially shiny after applying the pad at night but in the morning I wash my face, it's fine. I never use this if I'm leaving the house. If only to curb my oiliness and monthly acne, I'll use this on and off if stays under $25.*** +Smooths skin +Seems like it moisturizes bc I don't need my shea butter but to be fair, I have oily skin (ex: I apply, leave it on overnight, I wash my face with water the following morn w/o my skin feeling or looking dry sans moisturization) +Aided in fading acne scars...only aided +Ample solution on each pad and in the container +I still get a bump here and there but they usually aren't pus filled and go away w/o scarring -First few times burned and I broke out in tiny bumps...they and the burn subsided within the week but if I exfoliate too hard or use my clay mask before using the pads, it burns. I don't have sensitive skin but the burn/bumps hurt too much/too noticeable on my neck so I didn't persist to see if it'd go away so this is not for sensitive skin at all -I used this with Ambi fade cream to fade my acne scars. Alone, these pads do nothing to fade or correct my tone. I know the Ambi cream alone works, the pads somehow boosted Ambi's effectiveness (helps to just dab acne scars vs rubbing in the cream) -Sticky when dries but moisturizing helps -Makes my oily skin oilier -Tastes bitter so be sure to wipe off before someone kisses you -When I stop using for a few days, the dark spot under my eye becomes more noticeable (like in the single photo) and the smoothness decreases. I don't want a product I have to use forever -Kind of useless for what I wanted because the acne scars I didn't use Ambi cream on are no lighter at all after nearly two months Overall, I'm not completely satisfied with this product but I can't fairly say it did absolutely nothing. Week by week my most severe scars faded but only with Ambi, a product I know works alone. They worked well together. My skin is smoother and more moisturized. But I was hoping for tone correction. Did nothing for dark circles around eyes. I'd only repurchase this if new scars form and in conjunction with the Ambi fade cream. Nearly two months I've been using the pads and no improvement of any kind after the first four weeks.

Love how these pads make my skin feel, cleaner. Must use on a clean face.

I have very sensitive skin and most products, even if they work for a while, end up making the problem worse. I am 41 and starting menopause, so I have been dealing with horrendous hormonal acne for a while now and nothing seemed to help. Until now. I bought these on a whim with little to no hope they would actually work and thinking they would be too harsh for my finicky skin. I did a patch test on my neck and covered it with a bandage as recommended. There was no negative reaction, so that night before bed, I gently scrubbed my entire face and neck with one pad, paying extra attention to the areas on my cheeks and chin that were broken out the most. There was more than enough of the product soaked into just the one pad that it allowed me to cover everything, including a little way into my hairline. I washed my hands, put on my lip balm and hair bonnet, and went to bed. The next morning, I washed my face with a warm wash cloth and was shocked to see that there was a very visible difference in the size of the acne and the tiny blackheads that are forever present on the sides of my nose were nearly gone. With just ONE use! I did notice that it left my face a little pink and sensitive to the touch, but after some really good moisturizer, it went away. I used it again that night and the next morning the results were even better, but the area above my lip was pretty uncomfortably irritated even after the moisturizer. I used them one more night, making sure to avoid the irritated skin and the next morning my complexion was completely CLEAR. The circles under my eyes were noticeably lighter, the fine lines around the corners of my eyes were nearly impossible to detect, and even the scar on my cheek from chickenpox in my youth had become less obvious. I only use them about once a week now and just use a hot washcloth twice a day in between and my skin has NEVER looked better! Even during my monthly cycle, acne is no longer an issue. If I do see a small pimple come up, I use one of these before bed and it vanishes overnight. I do not work for this company. I am not being paid or compensated for this review. I am writing this a few months after my initial purchase because I wanted to be sure that it wasn't a fluke or that they wouldn't end up leaving me with regret. This product was a complete 180° game changer for me. I will definitely be using this for as long as I can find it and I highly recommend you try it, too!

Me encantan estas almohadillas. Sentí una diferencia desde la primera vez que las usé. El rostro más hidratado, limpio y claro. Lo estoy usando también el el escote para las arruguitas, a ver qué tal. Pero lo recomiendo mucho.

J'ai essayé de nombreux produits, mais les disques de resurfaçage dermal QRxLabs à 20% d'acide glycolique sont de loin les meilleurs ! Ma peau est devenue beaucoup plus lisse, et mes pores sont bien resserrés. Je ne pourrais plus m'en passer ! Un vrai must-have pour une routine de soins efficace. Je les recommande vivement !

Ottimi dischetti esfoliante. Lasciano la pelle pulita morbida e luminosissima! Il dischetto si presenta imbevuto di prodotto e leggermente ruvido per un ottima associazione. Durante l applicazione pizzica la pelle per qualche secondo e c'è anche una sensazione di freschezza. Appena il prodotto è completamente asciutto si può applicare il proprio siero o crema. Io preferisco usare questi dischetti la sera. La mattina la pelle è radiosa e i brufoletti si sono seccati. È un prodotto molto valido...
