Isn’t it supposed to be delivered with screws and instructions and rubber feet and a screwdriver??? None in my box 😡

The screws are in the supports unscrew them the feet are small gel size of a 5 p no screwdriver supplied

Can this be used as a 2- 3 tier stand or do all tiers need to be set up ?

Yes, you could do that. The sections screw together and have double ended screws between the levels, and single to fix in the bottom and top tiers. The transparent uprights sit between the tor’s, they don’t pass through them. It’s a nice sturdy stand.

Can I use the 8” tier at the top rather than 6”.

I have used this stand as a two tiered stand, as long as the 12" tier is the base you can put any other tier as the second tier.

How do you get the paper off each plate doesn’t seem to be budging

Yeh it is tricky! I reviewed saying that they should have a tag or something to remove the paper It was literally picking at the paper. Once it got started it did come off quite easily. Good luck x
