I've used Swanson brand before. They are reputable and make quality products. Coffee Cherry is a relatively new supplement so there's not a lot of sources and Swanson is by far currently the best value. This is one of the supplements that if it has a benefit it is subtle so anyone claiming night and day differenes is probably partially placebo. The upside is that it is considered safe at this dose and compared to other popular supplements everyone is dumping down their throat (like Fish Oil, COQ10 - studies show it doesn't really help with muscle pain from high dose statins, etc), this is relatively cheap.

Since I started taking this product one pill a day, I found I became more alert and engaged. I feel it’s the same effect as drinking a cup of coffee without the coffee.

Highly recommend. If you have concentration issues or ADD give this a try for at least a month. Because of this im off my meds. I will continue to order. Even stopped my hyperhydrosis. I had a condition of a racing mind. This slows my thinking and its more clear, I recall things easier which then drops my anxiety. I do take a double dose and i do use it with Neuriva gummies. Combined...you cant go wrong. Trust me on this. Like I said itll take a month to really feel the difference but way worth it.
