Great for sweet coffee AND revenge
My sugar bowl at work is labeled with my name, and the warning not to use. It repeatedly mysteriously becomes empty in my absence. Refilled the bowl with 1/2 sugar and 1/2 maltitol- and now my sugar bowl stays full when I’m gone. Great product for enforcing boundaries.

Perfect for My Taste. can't be beatommendation for anyone looking for a sugar substitute.
I have tried other sweeteners and have found them a poor substitute for the taste of sugar. I’ve found Maltotol to be perfect for my taste. Highly recommend it.

Pure taste but not very sweet.
According to Medicine Net, maltitol should have 75%-90% the sweetness and 50%-75% the calories of cane sugar. As Modernist Pantry is irreproachable in the quality of it's products, I had very high expectations. The taste of this maltitol is purely sweet with no off flavor whatsoever. In intensity, however, it doesn't even seem to be half sugar's sweetness to me. I have to add another sweetener to make my creations palatable.

Great low net carb sweetener with little cooling effect
I know some people hate maltitol, but this has been a lifesaver for me, since eryhtritol's menthol effect doesn't work in most baked goods.

This Maltitol powder made us not feel well for several days.
This Maltitol powder made us not feel well for several days. We have no problem with other sugar liquors and have been consuming them for many years now. However, after a small sample of this product, It caused stomach pain and days of constant use of the bathroom. I would not recommend.
