Thos product is great. It makes starting slugs at the beginig of the barel a breeze. I just screw on the female attachment which keeps it small enought to store easily in ut hunting jaket. The golden tip that it comes with is gre at for cleanning ur 50 cal. It hugs ur barrel a little tighter than the one that comes with ur ram rod kit for those who own the new omega z5 from thomson center. The threads on the handel fit my ram rod. Cleaning kit which makes it great because its a nuiversal part. Good luck. Have fun.

I really don't see how this bullet starter is strong enough to withstand the forces required to load a Traditions firearm enough times to be able to learn how to shoot it straight. Despite the word "Deluxe" attached to it, the starter is made of the same crap the cheaper model is made of, in the same way as the cheaper model: predestined to break because no one paid attention to how much force one of these things needs to be able to take. The only deluxe thing about it is the pretty brass loading jag.

Don't bother. Broke on the first round. Get something in metal or wood
