These are my second purchace of thick glasses. Easy to clean, sturdy, clear in color and the perfect size to drink structured water out of.

I had originally gotten a cheap set of drinking glasses from Wayfair that kept breaking, so when I finally decided to replace what remained of that set, I knew I wanted something sturdy and stylish. I love 1960's - 1970's vintage looking stuff, and these fit the build. Knowing nothing about glassware except that you can drink of it, I found these on Amazon and figured I'd take a chance on them after reading some of the reviews and looking at some of the pictures featured in them. I was not disappointed. What arrived were some stylish glasses that were thick glass and durable. I immediately ran them through the dishwasher (because of manufacturing and shipping germs) and was so pleased that I ordered more that same night. I've had these about 6 months now, and I love them so much. The glass is very thick, so I know I'll have them a long time. They're a bit heavier because of that, but I don't care. I'd rather they be heavier if I know they're going to last. And as far as some of the reviews on here that said they melted, I didn't have that problem. I don't know what kind of lava setting their dishwasher is set to, but I run a Bosch from 1999 that has a stainless steel interior (very good at holding in heat, especially on the heat drying setting). And I've had zero issues in the over-twenty times I've run these glasses through it. They only come out clean and ready for the next use. These are what you want to buy; they're worth every single penny you pay.

I’m writing this review because I want you to know that these are heavy glasses prior to your purchase. This can be a good thing - they seem well made and substantial and feel expensive but I am not used to glasses feeling quite this weighty and to be honest they’re not my very favorite for this reason. Just a matter of preference, I suppose. The windowpane design of them is beautiful, however, and they look very nice displayed in a glass front cupboard.

Look really nice. Feel nice to drink out of. Just word to the wise they break really easy for some reason but that's more of a skill issue than anything else.

This the second time I have bought these glasses. My first set lasted for many years with 3 boys, so I was very pleased with them. The only flaw was, and is the weight: they are considerably heavier than other glasses I have bought. I found, even in my old age, that this flaw is mitigated by the quality. I have not dropped them as much as I feared because the design makes it easier to maintain a good grip. I also like the fact that I can measure the amount in the glass when needed because of the design. My first set was green, and I frankly wish that I had chosen a color this time also. However, it is a pleasure to have a set of glasses that I know will bounce a bit instead of simply smashing into bits. If I live long enough, I'll buy them a third time!

Nice feel and weight. Very sturdy. Also very flat. Glass is crystal clear. I’m not sure why others have complained - may be a quality control issue at the plant. Supposedly made in the USA.
