Canine Health Nutrition Mature Mature In Gel Dog Food, 13.5 oz (Pack of 12)

After years of dealing with a super fussy eater who also has food allergies and itchy skin, I’m thrilled we finally found something she loves: Royal Canin Canine Health Nutrition Mature Adult in Gel. She gobbles it up every bite (something that almost never happens), and since switching to this food her itching and hot spots have calmed down dramatically. No more upset tummy either. It’s clearly gentle on sensitive systems while still being delicious to her. A few things I really appreciate: - The pull-tab cans are actually easy to open (huge win when you’re rushing to feed a hangry dog). - We use about ⅓ of a can per meal, mixed with her regular kibble, twice a day. One can easily lasts almost two full days. I just put a reusable plastic lid on it and store the open can in the fridge; she happily eats it cold with zero complaints. - The gel texture holds up great even after being refrigerated. It’s definitely pricier, but when your dog is as picky and sensitive as mine, finding something she loves and tolerates this well is priceless. We’re on our third 12-pack and just set up Subscribe & Save. If you have a choosy dog with allergies, give this a try; it’s been a lifesaver for us!

My 12 1/2 year old basset hound, Rosy, loves this food…I give her a half can twice a day, mixed with a homemade stew of vegetables chicken and liver. I also add a little dry kibble and water to make it juicy. I add supplements like fish oil (joints), milk thistle (liver & kidney)and taurine (heart) , and she seems to be doing very well, despite arthritis in her hips. Highly recommend.

This keeps my elderly girls healthy. My Pom was starting to lose weight as she aged. I was worried about her hips starting to feel boney when I was feeding a different brand. She really likes this food and she has put on 2 pds. She now feels solid when I pick her up. Pomeranians are notorious for sensitive stomachs. No problem feeding this.

I feed this food to my toothless senior dog. I trust this brand. It has become harder to find in stores. Thankfully Amazon always has this in stock. She is a picky eater but she always licks the bowl clean.

My dear Doggy is an 11 year old Cocker Spaniel, healthy weight and overall good health. I give him this wet food mixed with his dry food as a special taste treat that is also good for him. He looks forward to it every day! Sits in front of his food bowl until I get the can out of the fridge. The way I use it, mixed with dry food, one can lasts three-four days. My vet is happy with this choice for Doggy. His weight and health are perfect. I will definitely continue to purchase it for my beloved Doggy!

My furkid has tummy problems but tends to be on the skinny size. I add the mature adult with her prescription royal canine gastro food to add just a bit more fat. Plus a bit of chicken breast. she gobbles it all up morning and night…so I guess it gives five paws up!
