Was better than expected. Quality and feel was excellent.

I love this faux fur coat. It looks very nice and is very soft. As expected from reading other reviews, the clasp is a little too high to actually use or to get the same look as pictured.

Love it. The on-line picture captured the wrap's style, fit and color perfectly. The quality of the fabric was great.

Mine arrived used. The fur matted in spots near the wrists and at the neck, and the back had crease lines from being leaned on (not packing/shipping wrinkles). There was food stuck to the lining. It was gross. This is the second wrap I ordered. The first one was beautiful, red, and I loved it. (Which is why I hate to give a low 1-star review) It arrived beautiful, and I could not have asked for more. I know how to fluff the fur (blow dryer on low), steam the lining, and make them look like the most luxurious thing you've ever seen. When I opened this one, I thought that was all I needed to do, and I didn't examine it closely until the day before my event. It was such a letdown. I'll tell you that if you order, inspect it closely. I don't know what's going on with Amazon these days, but this is not the first time I have received something that has clearly been used and returned.

The coat is pretty and soft but not exactly like the picture. I was expecting a wolf colt grey and instead I received smoke grey. Please try your hardest to give customers exactly what we’re looking for and not what you think is close to what we want. Other than that it’s not a bad item.

I ordered this for my daughters wedding in a couple of weeks. The wrap is beautiful and heavy enough to provide warmth. The fur on the edges was somewhat crushed in places due to packing. I put in dryer about 15 minutes and it fluffed out beautifully. The wine color was a perfect match for my dress.

I read so many reviews and viewed all of the pictures. Please see my pics, which includes the pic of what I thought I would be getting. It is a cheap, wrinkled mess. The faux fur trim, as you can clearly see, is NOTHING like the photo in the listing.

The fur trimming is very nice - the color is accurate - but the actual body of the cape/shawl is bad fabric - looks and feels like the fabric of a blanket or throw - also the lining on inside not nice - I returned through amazon with no problems whatsoever and a speedy refund - thanks amazon
