Sturdy and heavy duty quality. Fits perfectly with may patio heaters (two).

Works Great
Cover is just as described. Works great! And it is attractive. Protects heater (which is what it is meant to do!) very well. Soft inner lining protects metal heater and thick protective outer layer keeps the elements out. Read other reviews where there are complaints about it being hard to reach that high to put it on and that with the cover on, the wind now blows the heater over (duh!). One should know what the height of their heater is before buying a cover. The cover is not the responsible for the height of the heater. Furthermore, if the cover allowed the wind to pass through it, it would not do as great a job protecting the heater, now would it? This is a good product regardless of the naysayers.

Fabric lined
Feels like a really nice cover. My main problem is year round humidity in nw Florida. Every thing I have that's not inside in a controlled environment is going to rust. Everything! I'm hoping with the fabric on the inside it will help absorb the moisture. We'll see.

Best Protection Money Can Buy
If fifth grade taught me anything, it's to always use protection and this is no exception. Remember, there is no such thing as a one size fits all. Make sure you get the right measurements. Don't just use a shoestring and a ruler or length of your hand - they make specialized tools for accurate measuring. Getting the accurate measurement will make your quality of life 10 times better. Since getting the right measurements and finding the best fitting protection, i have not had any issues. No matter how wet it gets, there has been no slippage. Also, there is no need for double protection. Even when i strap it down tight for long rides it hasn't broken. And let me tell you, this thing can wither a storm! This is quality protection that covers the entire shaft, head, and base.

Exellent investment
So I'm in the home improvement store, see the patio heater for super cheap, and of course, "yes, I immediately need that." Fast forward, got the propane tank, fired it up, works lovely, and then I say "wait a minute, what about when it rains/snows?" Clearly, I need a cover. Saw this cover, read the reviews, and was a little worried about the whole "sail" effect of it knocking over in the wind. Here's an idea; fill your base with sand, as your heater's instructions tell you to. This cover has been on my heater all winter, through one of the worst winters on record, in some of the windiest conditions you can imagine, and it stood tall through it all. Cover is perfectly intact, heater never moved, let alone fell over, and it still works lovely to this day, thanks in whole to the cover. As for the cover itself, the material is well suited, clearly water/rain/snow proof, and does a great job protecting the heater. Inside the cover is a cloth-like material, so it won't scratch the heater. It's certainly a bit of a pain to put on and take off. You need either a second set of hands or a step ladder to properly put it on and take it off without damaging your heater, but in time you kind of get the hang of it. Good luck!

Awesome Patio Heater Cover
I ordered this cover for a new patio heater I bought for our outside living area. The delivery was quick and uneventful (Good Thing)! I installed it needing a little "Step Up" help since it is a little difficult to get the top portion around the heater reflector dishes. It fit perfectly and the zipper worked without getting caught. It seems to keep the wet elements off the heater, but did not help out with the wind as a pretty strong windstorm knocked down the heater on it's side, kind of denting the reflector dishes, but the good thing was the cover did not get cut, so it held up. I would purchase it again for another heater. Good Quality and shipping was as expected.

Great for Seattle.
Perfect fit, as the dimensions were correct. The cover is heavy and durable. The exterior is slightly textured (not glass smooth), and the interior is a soft felt/fleece material, so it won't scratch your metal. I skipped the metal support rod for the zipper, and left the cover more flexible. The support rod seemed a little fragile and unnecessary. The bottom has string pulls to cinch tight for bad weather. The cover is about 2-3 inches longer than the heater height, so I don't bother with the string. Works great for the heavy rain here in Seattle.

Where are the INSTRUCTIONS? It IS rocket science and It is complicated!
I guess my first impression was good as far as quality and heavy duty material being used. But how to cover the heater? It is NOT a one person job. You need a tall step ladder to get high enough (about 7 feet). Then you must somehow throw the entire cover over the large reflector (about 32") in order to get it to droop down to the floor. Of course you must be careful not to bend the reflector while you attempt to align the cover with the reflector. The reflector works great, but it cannot take any uneven weight or else it will bend. It would be helpful if one of your arms extended about 4 feet because then you could simply reach over to the center of the reflector and drop the cover in place. Now remember, you are on a step ladder while doing all this, so your balance is critical so that you don't go crashing into the heater. And what is the point of the long metal rod that is inserted into a sleeve next to the zipper? My solution (and it's quite silly, I suppose), is to take off the reflector and then fling the cover over the top while standing on the ladder. I hope somebody will read this review and respond with perfectly sane and logical instructions. I feel like a dummy because I cannot figure it out! Hey, I'm a professional furniture and cabinet maker. It's embarrassing.....
