How do you pot this since I live in a dry climate?

I didn't pot this. I left it mounted and misted it daily to provide enough humidity. It's done well and he as bloomed several times.

My orchid has not bloomed yet. I seems healthy but micro mini size...the mounting is only 3X3 so tiny......

The instruction of “ no direct light or sunlight” is baffling me, is it not ok to put it under a grow light like in a terrarium setting?

I don't know how a grow light works but I'm thinking it might be too hot for the plant and might burn it. I put my little guy under our patio.
