The Dona Glucosamine works better than any other product we have used. We are in our 80s and have lots of joint discomfort. This product is making a big difference in the pain relief. And, there doesn't seem to be any side effects for us.

In addition to many other arthritis supplements, I've taken various brands and dosages of glucosamine for decades. Nothing ever helped but I kept trying. The apparent difference is that DONA uses crystalline versus regular glucosamine...don't know what that means, but it works. This stuff has noticeable effects: my very painful hands - especially the base of my thumbs - feel much better now. We take two at the same time, daily with food. (I don't know if taking on an empty stomach would be a problem - I just take with food since that's easier to remember.)

I bought these for my mom because she was starting to have joint discomfort. After taking them regularly, she said her joints felt better and movement became easier. I think they are especially helpful in the early stages or as support for joint health. Probably not a miracle for very serious problems, but definitely worth trying for mild joint issues.
