How durable is the surface of the pen, does the paint come off and is the surface damaged easily in the area where the lid screws on and off?

I found after a year or so , the paint begins to wear on the cap ...strangely the inside of the cap where the threads are do not wear as much as on the body of the pen , i think it a superb pen so that does not really bother me.

Can I replace the nib with any other nib

You can only with Faber-Castell e-motion pen units extra-fine medium and broad

What cartridge would be compatible with this? Given the cost of the pen, its a shame it does not come with even a single inexpensive cartridge :(
