Amazing product
Amazing product, displays accurate AQI, fast and efficient for large spaces and paired with a mobile app through which I can start/stop , check aqi, select different modes etc. when I am on my way to home.

Great, but hassle for filter replacement
Now I bought this filter for my home and during the time I use it, it does a tremendous job of cleaning the air. While it does a great job filtering out particles in the air, there is one drawback: filter replacement. It is a special type of filter that no third party options are available. The only way to get a replacement is thru LG themselves. The issue becomes even more apparent when they tell you they have NO filters in stock. So your stuck waiting till they get some. And what about when this product is no longer supported? What am I supposed to do? Buy a new one? $1400 filter and it becomes useless as soon as support is dropped while it can still work for several more years. I love the filter but hate the monopoly they have on the replacement filter.

Seller dosent return defective item ... complete ripp off
The product received was defective from the seller Elector Kart and on top of it the seller refuses to return the defective item and keep harassing us over phone calls

Perfect purifier for Delhi/NCR
I have two of these now that handle my 1900 sq feet duplex house. It is the only purifier that works comfortably even when AQI is 600. It only struggled once when AQI was over 2000 in December 2017. It's baby care mode is really valuable and the service is prompt and I have received service within next 2 hours in Noida which is critical as my naughty 4 year old sometimes meddles with it when unsupervised
