does it have the Mm and Inch measurement??

Purchased on April 2017 - was only in Inchs, no metric measurements accept 3.5m on the front. Misleading to say the least.

Does this include fractional inch marks? The picture suggests there are none.

I think Sheila is answering the question for a different measuring tape. I just rec'd mine. I almost didn't order it based on her answer. I am glad I did. As Ray Brazil answered, it is your standard 1/16", 1" and 1' out to the stated 12'.

How has the locking mechanism held up over time?

I have this exact model, and I loved it... until the lock completely broke. After only average to low usage, over 2-3 years. Only one I've had break, even among plenty questionable no-namers and freebies. It will not lock at all anymore, tape always retracts (only slightly slowed if locked). I've taken it apart, and the lock mechanism (you can partly see it in one of product photos) is plastic, thin, and not worthy of fixing (if even possible). Komelon does not sell the part (ha), nor did they offer to replace the unit. That tells me everything I need to know. Thanks for asking (five years ago).

How far can you pull it out before it bends over?

If you’re not supporting the tape with your second hand, it starts arching at around 40” (1m) and buckles at around 55” (1.4m). This translates practically in being able to measure with some accuracy up to about 100” (2.5m) while using your second hand as support.
