Broken , unable to use correctly
The product arrived promptly and on time,but when I opened the package the top of the bottle was snapped which meant the applicator was inside the bottle making using very difficult.Not what you'd expect from a high end product.Very disappointed

Cannot use product. There is no pump tube, or it has been broken. I had to use an infant dropper to access it. Never functioned properly. Wouldn't even know if it works. I'd give it zero stars, but platform made me choose.

Has not worked on dark circles of bags.False advertisement. Also it has a small stub and does not reach into the cream. Have to turn it upside down and tap to get the product out. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
