Great value for anyone who cooks a lot of Persian food.
I recently acquired a brilliant cookbook - Persiana by Sabrina Gayour. It's one of those rare cookbooks where all the recipes are simple but delicious. I have used it again and again but was spending a fortune on sumac in my local supermarket. This sumac is delicious and tastes just as good as the Waitrose version.

Rapid delivery. Well packaged. Very good quality product. Used in Mediterranean and Turkish recipes and for use when a lemony taste is required in salads etc.

Doesn't taste real sumac. Try to get it Sumac produced in Iran.

Not that strong a flavour
Not a very strong flavour, but does seem to add a certain something. Maybe it's just my elderly failing tastebuds!
