These stock cubes are amazing. The perfect blend and not salty which I have found with some stock cubes out there. The company were fast and efficient with receiving my stocks well package and on time.

Am so happy to now have these again. Please keep selling them, all the places I used to get them in London have not had them in stock. People have tried to persuade me other brands were comparable (they aren’t). I use them for all the obvious things e.g. risotto, pasta sauces, but also great for a bit of umami in chicken gravy and many other things. Plus they arrived as planned.

Best mushroom stock you can buy, and it is reasonably priced. Perfect for risottos or for any need to boost mushroom-favoured meals. Fast and prompt delivery, too. Very pleased.

Most of us have our own bolognaise sauce recipe and I doubt many of them are close to authentic. Who cares? For me, some chopped onion, minced beef, oregano, garlic, tin of chopped tomatoes washed out with red wine, tomato purée, more red wine and, horror of horrors, chopped fresh mushrooms, is my family favourite along with some stock which used to be in the shape of a spoonful of Bovril but now requires one to one and a half of these little beauties. The flavour these add is amazing. Great in risotto too.

Best mushroom stock cubes that are full of delicious flavor

These are the best mushroom based stock cubes I’ve found. Great in risottos and pasta sauces. This is my third purchase. Have tried other brands found in shops, but those seem to have a less natural flavour.

Ich kannte die Firma bereits und nutze diese Pilzwürfel gerne zum verfeinern von Gerichten. Sie geben einen großartigen Geschmack ab. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und problemlos. Die Verpackung enthielt ein zusätzliches Goodie über das ich mich sehr gefreut habe. Es kam gleich zum Einsatz. Gerne jederzeit wieder.
