Skip this if you have a phablet sized phone
I liked that the trigger let me play my favorite battle royale games off my Samsung note 9 with better control. It's simple as putting each handle/ trigger into position and sticking the relay control on the screen via suction cup and putting clips into place to keep the suction cups on the screen. Sounds simple but...1) The clips that keep the suctions into place are small, and easy to lose and would pose a choking hazard to children or animals.2) the control handles barely managed to fit my phone with the official Samsung case, and thus the grip on the phone causes the control to push the buttons on the side of the phone (power,bixby, volume)3) lot of times the clips randomly flew off of the device causing the suctions to unstick mid-game ruining the experience countless times.4) for some reason, one of the button triggers stopped working even fully attached to the screen with the clip, and tested after restarting my phone numerous times.I wish I could return this item but I'm outside my return window.Maybe if you have a smaller phone than the Samsung note 9 you'll have a better experience, but I'd say skip this for something better.

Extremely touch sensitive
The only thing about this product I didn't like was the left & right bumper triggers and their suction cups that attach to the phone (even with the clips). The bumpers were extremely touch sensitive and when I'm playing, I may accidentally TOUCH the bumpers and they will active whatever control they were assigned to. Then we come to the problem of the suctions cups. The problem with those is that sometimes the phone will get confused whether to detect my finger or the suction cup so in turn, my screen will start to spaz out making it very disorienting when I'm playing a game.Other than these cons I have found, this is a very decent product for it's price. I would suggest buying these to make it easier to hold the phone when gaming and then buy different bumpers that don't utilize the suction cups for the bumpers.

For 1 won't let me return it! 2 the suction cups do not stick on my note8 3 Build quality poor Very unsatisfied I would not recommend!

Junk.
Triggers constantly fire. These don't feel good in your hand either. Total junk.

These aren't returnable or exchangable apparently.
Ordered three, two were DOA. Works well when you don't get a broken one.
