What SPF sunscreen does this product contain?

SPF 42, it is also very light and breathable on my skin.

How much UVA protection?

package states SPF 42 enough in my opinion. I also wear a sun hat for my daily walks.

Is this foundation? (Seems so.) If not what?

Since this is a BB cream (gives a sheer coverage vs foundation which is a bit heavier in coverage for skin imperfections/blemishes but I use it as a every day foundation and it does a pretty good job of covering my skin imperfections and it has more a of lighter feel than reg foundation.

I have a light/medium complexion with a neutral undertone, (Maybelline Fit Me! foundation in the shade 220, Natural Beige) which shade(s) would suit?

I'm not sure I can help. My skin is light with more of an orange tone than a pink tone, and this is right for me.
