OXO Good Grips Toilet Brush, White

My old toilet bowl brush's container broke apart due to age degradation. So I had nowhere to store my old brush. An update and improvement was in order. I turned to one of my most trusted companies - OXO. I love OXO products in my kitchen, and slowly I'm using their other products all throughout my home. There are two sizes of this bowl brush and container. I chose the larger size. The separate long blue bristles look weird, but it works as designed to get up under the bowl rim, plus it can reach under the bowl cover hinge to clean thoroughly. The brush itself works perfectly. The brush head is small enough that it can clean the entire bottom of the bowl, down in the lowest part. My old brush couldn't do that. And the holder is ingenious. To extract the brush one simply lifts, and the doors open and stay open, until the brush is put back into its place. The base of the brush holder has openings to allow the water to evaporate, which is an absolute necessity. The only detraction that I'll mention is that I had to tighten down the brush head upon receipt, because it came loose from the factory. That took all of two seconds. Otherwise, this is another fantastic OXO product; perfectly designed, sturdily made, and reasonably priced.

I liked my 1st OXO toilet brush and decided to get another for the 2nd bathroom. Found this one with the extra set of bristles to get under the rim. The brush and bristles are nice and still to get a really good scrubbing. Especially since we have hard water and it is hard to keep up with hard water deposits. This model with the canister is easy to use without having to touch too much. the canister opens and closes by itself. This OXO is a bit pricier than the flimsy ones I had been buying but so far it is really durable and I expect it will last much much longer.

The brush is really nice to use, has a sturdy handle, and gets the job done. The container also does a good job of not letting the brush get too dirty after each use. I like that the brush part is also replaceable, so I get to own this a lot longer than most toilet brushes. My only drawback with it (and it really isn't a problem thanks to the cone shape of the brush) is the "helpful" blue parts for getting the under rim of the toilet bowl. They just aren't long enough to actually reach anything, so they aren't actually being used. Maybe it's just the shape of my toilet, but it is a shame I can't really get a benefit from that piece.

Only four stars because the handle has a tendency to come loose when rotating back and forth to clean the bottom sectional of the bowl. Other than that it does it's job. I also like the discreet, easy to use storage thing (whatever you call it). Drip tray! Would purchase again.

Made with lightweight plastics and looks so nice in your bathroom. It stands very sturdy on its own. The bristles are very strong to clean the toilet.

This OXI Good Grips toilet brush comes with a holder that opens up when you lift the brush, and closes when the brush is returned to the cup. The bristles are very stiff, and the under rim bristles are also very rigid. The tapered cone on the brush is actually larger than I would have liked because it doesn’t fit into the drain opening very well. If enough minerals from the hard water is deposited into that drain opening over time, I would need a smaller brush to get at it to remove the minerals and stains. But, until then, it works ok on the rest of the bowl. The plastic holder that opens and closes is made of very flimsy plastic, which can break easily if one is not careful. Great concept, just needs better quality materials and maybe a smaller brush head that will fit the drain holes.

Very simple and effective cleaning tool

Creative and Quality product. I have these for almost 10 years. Even the brush is atill very good. My neighbour saw mine and was very impressed. We could no longer find them at shops. Lucky, I found them at Amazon and recently bought 2. I recommend this product.

The head off the brush keeps coming off whenever any pressure it force to clean the toilet is used. Wouldn't buy this again. I could just have a defective model ... No idea.

Bonjour, d'abord ce produit est arrivé avec une partie décrochée ! Quelle galère pour la remettre, j'ai failli le renvoyer en direct. Trois défauts principaux : - Le produit n'est pas d'une grande qualité. - Il n'est pas aussi fonctionnel que la description le dit. - il ne permet pas de mettre de produit pour entretenir la brosse. Bref grosse déception.

This is a good quality toilet brush. I bought it to replace a Joseph Joseph slimline silicone brush, this OXO one is far superior, cleans the toilet much better. Great design, feels sturdy and easy to use. Would definitely recommend
