Great purse!
I love this bag! It looks great, feels soft, has plenty of pockets, and the adjustable strap goes to any length you might desire. I almost didn't buy the purse due to other reviews. There was NO bad smell like they claimed, and I'm glad I took the chance on this. I have had it for a few weeks now, and have had no problems with it.

Good looking
Loved everything except the top zipper openings were smaller than the actual width of the bag. Hard to get in there and find things.

Ok, but not the greatest quality.
This purse is super cute and I really liked it, but it only lasted about a year and then the straps started ripping where they connect to the purse. It also had a very strong smell when it arrived and I had to put dryer sheets in it for several weeks to get it to go away.

Falling apart after 1 week :(
I’ve only used this purse for about a week and the rivets that hold the leather strap are falling off. I included a picture which shows the missing rivet that holds the strap. They pop off really easily. I’ve ordered better metal rivets separately to hopefully fix the issue. I see other reviewers have commented on the smell, and I noticed that as well. The bag was stinky but I’ve tried to air it out and put a little essential oil in it. I really like the pockets, size, and feel of the bag, and I’m going to try to make it work, but I wouldn’t have bought it if I’d known the strap could fall off so easily.

Finally found the perfect burgundy (crossbody) bag!
LOVE this bag! I went through several (sorry for all of the returns, Amazon) before finding one that meets all of my needs. The color is just right, a darker burgundy rather than a bright one. It has three zippered pockets on the outside, perfect for your phone. It has two main compartments to keep things more separate instead of everything jumbled together in one bag. It is large enough to hold everything that you need (all of the other ones that I tried were just too small), yet it is also small enough to wear as a crossbody bag if you want. It does have that typical fishy smell if you stick your nose right in there, but it is not super strong, not a deal-breaker for me, and I know it will dissipate. So happy that my search is over for the perfect burgundy crossbody bag!
