Runs intermittently and doesn't always start reliably. A bit disappointed with it to be honest.

I use this to power a high banker for gold mining, eroding gravel deposits, washing dirt. A few gallons of gas through the machine and no issues. The pump set up is a nice compromise between pressure and volume. This pump puts out enough pressure to adequate pressurize 1-1/2” single jacket fire hose with a 60 GPM standard wildland firefighting combo nozzle or a 1/2” smooth bore tip. It’s heavy so don’t plan on hiking it miles into your claim.

first order received, Item had mfg flaw, sent it back. Ordered replacement... G8. works fine.

This is a quality pump. The pump assembly is all metal including the inlet and outlet assembly. I rotated the outlet 90° with a 10mm box wrench, very simple. The Honda engine is always a great choice. Starts right up after adding oil and filling up with gas.

This was the worse pump I have ever buy. From the beginning it was hard to get it started. Even following every step at the manual. After finally starting it it will run only for few seconds and will shut off buy it self. Try to return it but they don’t accept return of this pump so after buying a new pump to don’t have issues I ended in the repair shop. Thing two times before buying this.

First/second pull start, maintains prime after 24 hours, no problem with 7 foot suction drop. I have run this pump to drain a pool for eight hours so far and everything is working fine. The wild card will be the longevity of the pump, the Honda engine doesn't need my endorsement. Running through a 25 foot fire hose I get about 25-30 foot vertical spray which is respectable. The engine sips gas. If the pump holds up I am 100% satisfied. EDIT: It's been over eight hours running and pumping fine.
