I was skeptical at first because there are so many fake reviews online, but I’m a real customer who actually used this product. I also waited until my carpet fully dried before writing this review because I’ve learned that some carpet shampoos can temporarily mask smells or even bring out more odors (especially pet smells) once the carpet dries. I’ve tried the “best of the best,” including more expensive brands, professional carpet cleaning, and highly recommended carpet cleaners — but I always struggled with the lingering smell from my dog. This time, there was absolutely no pet urine smell, no burning throat feeling, and no harsh chemical odor. Everyone who came into my house commented on how fresh it smelled. The carpet dried surprisingly fast and looked professionally cleaned. A little goes a long way, so follow the instructions and don’t overuse it. I made the mistake of using too much at first, and the carpet felt a little waxy, but after doing another rinse pass it came out incredibly clean, soft, and fresh. I saved around $200 by doing it myself. This is hands down one of the best carpet cleaners I’ve used. It cleaned deeply without that heavy, overpowering smell. I will 100% buy this again!

Hadn’t tried this brand before. Very nice neutral smell, just smells natural not overly sweet. Did a very good job of pulling dirt out of the carped. My cleaner tank holds a little over a gallon of water. I mixed 1/3 cup per fill and it seemed just right. I will buy again. The crazy thing about the dirty water picture. I had cleaned two days before with different solution and unit. The other unit died so I bought a new one and the solution. I was impressed.

Works great!!! I have an older Belgian Malinois that has recently started having bladder control issues. This product has worked really well in helping eliminate any remaining odors.

We use this religiously since we have a dachshund who loves to pee in the house. It works wonders with an upright carpet cleaner to get the smell out and remove any staining so it doesn’t look like I live in my dog’s bathroom!!!! I just wish it had an added nice smell instead of chemical smell

This product works well against doggy dust and dirt brought in on their feet. Especially with the carpet cleaner we have.

Very good removing pet accidents. Low foaming, using in a Hoover machine with auto mix feature so no waste considering the cost. Nice pleasant smell.

I bought this because of the reviews and people saying "This is the One!" Glad it worked for them, however, I didn't not have such luck. My carpet is very thick and plush and very light in color. I used a Pre-Spot treatment and let that sit for 2 hours, used this product as directions said and it didn't work. There is still a yellow tint on my carpet. I went over the area several times. Waited for it to dry and went back over it again with the shampooer. Still see yellow. One stain was very fresh, one was a couple months old, but it didn't remove either stain. I'm not impressed. I did use it on a very thin rug that is white and it worked for that. So my conclusion is it works on some types of carpet but not all.

Need to use frequently. Have incontinent dog. Cleans well. Will buy more.
