My bottle contents are super watery. I've been shaking vigorously since I got it but it is still foamy and liquidy. Is it normal to not thicken?

The consistency is never very thick. It’s pretty watery to begin with. But if it’s super watery then there’s something wrong with the product.

i've gotten bottles manufactured as early as 2015 and the color is different and there is a foul smell. What is the date for these?
