This tool is great.
I have used the Pro Bike Tool Torque Wrench Set about thirty to forty times in less than six weeks to tighten bolts on my bicycles. I had never used a torque wrench on my bikes, going back *many* years, until I got a new bicycle with torque limits printed on the frame and components; I had always torqued 'by feel', in the past. No more: this wrench gives me the confidence that I am torquing the bolts to the manufacturer's recommended values, without doubt. I appreciate the third-party calibration certificate; it sends a great sense of respectability to the tool. It is easy to dial in the correct value. The wrench gives a distinct 'click' when you reach the set value and it is easy to use. The box-set is contained in a compact and durable case that has a good range of metric hex drivers that span the values that I need; I have yet to seek another driver that is not already included in the box-set. This is a great addition to your tool collection at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Really Nice Torque Wrench Set For Bike Maintenance
I purchased the Pro Bike Tool 1/4 Inch Drive 2-20 Nm Click Torque Wrench Set to use to work on my MBT. I’ve used it to replace my crank set, stem & handlebars. I know this is going to get a ton of use out of this set,!just performing regular maintenance on my bike. The set comes w/a certificate of calibration. I do not have any way to verify this other than comparing it to a Park Tool ATD-1.2. This I did & it was a close match up to 6Nm (the ATD-1.2’s max). The case feels well made, closes & clasps securely. The bits, extension & wrench snaps into the case securely as well. I like that all the bits I need to work on my bike are here, Hex bits 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 & 10, Torx bits 10, 25 & 30. The 100mm extension should come in handy as well. The ratchet measure torque while tightening & loosening. This is important when working on threaded bottom brackets (some drive sides tighten counter clockwise). When using the wrench, the “click” is pretty soft. It can be felt, but could be missed if you’re wearing work gloves. As the torque setting is set higher, the “click” is more noticeable (feel & sound). Be sure to test at lower settings to get a feel for the “click”. The only thing I wish was different, is the markings & scale on the wrench. The picture makes it appear it’s thickly printed or painted black. It is not, it’s engraved & gray color. Maybe I have old eyes, but I find it a bit tough to clearly see the scale. As long as I angle it correctly in the light, I can see it clearly. For the price & quality of construction, I feel this is a good investment. If anything changes or if I learn anything new about this tool as I use it, I’ll try to remember to update my review. Thank you for taking the time to read my review, I hope you found it helpful.

Its good
I've once again modified my second review after getting help from customer support. After using/trying the tools again on the higher-torque tool, it actually did perform the reset back to neutral. I'm not sure why it doesn't do that when manually 'clicking' the torque. After I actually used the tools, I've modified my original review below. The torque wrenches seem to be accurate, but I still have to manually 'reset' them after torque is applied. It's inconvenient, especially at higher torques to push it back to the other direction for it to click again clockwise, but other than that it applies correctly. Customer support is good, helping with issues. -------------------- I bought the two-set torque wrenches (2-20Nm & 10-60Nm). They looked new, came in boxes with plastic wrap, so we’re dealing either with a design flaw or with a quality issue here. I’ll review both in this review and will post it twice, one for each wrench. These wrenches I got are not good and I'm returning them. I played with them for a while at low torque in my hand to make sure, but I've given up. It’s up to the seller to offer explanation and maybe I’ll reconsider buying another set and try it one more time after which I’ll update this review if justified. Btw, I hate leaving negative reviews unless absolutely necessary.I don’t think I’ve ever really given a bad review but it's necessary in this case because it frustrates me that this goes unnoticed. Both wrenches respond to various torque settings but haven't even checked for accuracy yet, bc I never got this far. Then the trouble begins. The 2-20Nm clicks nice in one direction, but the other direction doesn’t ‘click’ at all. It’s just a very faint feeling (compared to the side that clicks) and will probably go unnoticed when tightening a real nut due to hand pressure and not noticing when it torques. The 10-60Nm has a nice click nicely in both directions but BOTH have other main issues. The real issue (on both wrenches) is that once a torque has been reached (I tried many different toques 2Nm, 6Nm, 10Nm on the small one, and 20Nm, 40Nm on the big one) just by making it click by hand). Both STOP clicking/responding in the same direction after releasing pressure. One would think releasing the pressure puts it back in neutral state, but they stay. So, they don’t settle back to normal again unless I force them to click in the opposite direction first. This is BS, I’ve not seen this before. I have a cheap H.F. one that behaves perfect, so I say this is either a design flaw or just a defective wrench, but both have the same issue.

Good tool
This torque wrench is easy to use and feels well built right out of the box. The click is clear without being harsh, even at lower torque settings, which makes it confidence-inspiring for bike work where precision actually matters. It comes in a solid case with a good selection of common hex and Torx bits, so you’re not immediately hunting for extras. Everything fits neatly back into the case, which makes it easy to keep organized. I went with the steel version and found the scale much easier to read than some darker or coated tools. Adjustments are simple, the setting locks in place, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do without overcomplicating things. Overall, it’s a practical, well-made tool that works well for regular bike maintenance and sensitive components where accurate torque matters.

Excellent Torque Wrench Set for my folding bike
I got a folding bike with aluminium frame and some carbon parts (seat post, front folk...). Although I don't have equipment to calibrate it, but after using multiple times, I feel confident not to overtighten the bolts, yet not too loose. The range of torque covered is adequate for most bikers.

As a first time user, the learning curve was quite short
Since I did not already have a torque wrench, I am not comparing this to other torque wrenches, but rather to my previous strategy "estimate torque by the amount of pressure at a given lever length with my right arm." So one foot pound is one pound of pressure at one foot of leverage, or two pounds of pressure at 6" of leverage, etc. Of course, the metric system does not calibrate itself to feet and pounds, as you no doubt know, but little bolts get hand pressure, while big bolts get arm pressure, and huge bolts get more pressure than body weight with big lever arms. This is a little torque wrench, for "hand and arm" pressure. I still need to apply the same pressure, but there is a "spring-loaded" "click" when I reach the point that the wrench is set to. As the instructions point out, you can learn what to expect by setting the torque very low, near the bottom of the range, which is quite easy to exceed with gentle hand pressure. Also, if you haven't used caliper tools, you may be surprised that the adjustment (activated by pulling down/up on a collar around the shaft), moves up and down in a screwing motion, with the smallest increments marked around the circumference, and the larger increments marked longitudinally along the shaft. So you get it close, then dial in the detail by rotating part of a single rotation. In practice, bike bolts are all set to major increments, not minor ones. So in use, I discovered that my handlebar bolts were close, but some were not tightened to the full torque specified, an d I was able to easily adjust this by first setting the torque to "5", feeling the torque all the way around the set of 4 bolts, then increasing it to the specified "6" and tightening each one a bit further. So I am impressed. It is a quality tool, coming with a handwritten certification of calibration so I don't have to recalibrate (since I don't have another torque wrench), and I was able to get assurance of even torque at the proper tightness that neither has unnecessary flex nor results in a stripped bolt (a particular concern with carbon fiber parts. Of course, the first bolts I tightened while familiarizing myself with the tool were steel in aluminum, not steel in carbon :-)!) No point in raising the stakes unnecessarily! Also I liked the provided variety of heads and the small extension bar. While I have these already, it means I keep the torque wrench dedicated for torque, and use my other wrenches for everything else, so that the torque wrench stays in adjustment, as it should.

Seems like the quality is solid!
As an amateur with a bicycle, I wasn't sure what to expect with this torque wrench. I didn't want to overspend and get a professional tool, but I also wanted something that I could rely on for light bike maintenance. This really seems to have struck the perfect balance between price and quality. I have to take their word on whether it's to spec, but I appreciate that it came with a sheet that displayed their testing and tolerances. The initial setup was easy, and the click for the torque is also easy to recognize. If you've never used a torque wrench, the brand put out a video on YouTube that walks you through it. It's been years since I used one, so I found it helpful.

Perfect set for DIY bike maintenance!
I love this set. I haven't encountered a job it didn't work for yet. Good quality parts, good weight to the wrench itself, and easy and straightforward to adjust. Check the Youtube video for first-time calibration steps as well. Also I would recommend getting the Plata Mate finish/color. I previously had the Plata Mate, but lost the set somehow and replaced it with the black one. And while it's easy to read the settings, it is super slick and leaves fingerprints all over it. Plus, although the black one's settings are easy to read, reading the adjustments was never a problem for me with the Plata Mate. The black one (and silver too I believe) is so slick, it actually takes noticeably more effort to adjust torque settings. The texture of the Plata Mate makes it much easier to grip, so I'd definitely recommend that to anyone unsure about which one to get. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever. Great set.

Great tool set
Accurate tool. I have two carbon bikes and I was always worried about making damage with too much torque when fixing something on the bike. Now not anymore…

Ottimo acquisto

I like it! Nice case, good range of tool bits. Easy to set torque required. Works as expected.
Only had a few weeks, GREAT little kit. Comes with torque certificate. Wish it went lower than 2lb, but there you go. Nice case, good selection of ‘bits’ & very easy to set torque required.
