I've been taking these Metamucil Psyllium Husk Fiber Capsules for about three months now, taking four capsules a day as directed for my routine. Great product for extra fiber
I’ve used this product for years. It’s great to have capsules. I normally take two a day. This large container holds 300 and that usually lasts for a while. Great for extra fiber and it is heart healthy.

MUCH better than their orange powder
These capsules are FAR better than the terrible tasting orange powder. Easier to take as well and no mixing with a liquid. My irregularly is gone by taking these daily.

I'm a senior and these have changed my bowel habits for the better!!!!! 2 tablets in the morning and then 2 more later in the day. Tasteless so no problems there! I'm not trying to drink 8 ounces of Metamucil before it thickens.
