Benjamin Moore Advance Waterborne Satin Paint Quart

The paint was ok. It didn't cover some old knots that I had filled in very well. but what upset me most was the very misleading add that made it look like a good deal on a GALLON of paint but instead gave a horrible deal on a quart of paint.

I used “Advance” paint for a table and chairs and also for kitchen and bathroom cabinets. If you follow the instructions and use the right equipment your finish will be almost as if sprayed. It’s beautiful and durable. There’s no comparison with any other paint I’ve bought. I bought mine from a paint store but am now getting ready to buy more from Amazon. The primer is great too. With a very light sanding it is as smooth as glass.

I liked the paint and it went on very smoothly but I still had to do two coats. I would have rated this a five but I could not stand the smell. I can still smell it weeks after it is dry.

I recently renovated and old oak kitchen table. Used this paint on the bottom pedestal. Great job! Need to apply in thin coats and let dry at least 16 hours between coats. But the paint is durable and I was even able to easily wipe off some gray stain I accidentally got on it while staining the top. Worth every penny.
