Could you not put the trash bin on this?

The trash bin is mounted to the post.

The sign stating this is a pet waste station, transmits disease, etc., is missing. how do i get one? the station is already installed.

I actually got the wrong sign. Neither Amazon or Dogpot would own it. I contacted Dogipot directly and they were happy to sell me the correct sign directly. I had no choice so a paid to get the correct sign.
