Makes a hilarious Halloween treat to pass out

I passed out 216 of these for Halloween. The kids LOVED them, the neighbors didn't care so much, but it was tons of fun. The strings are in each whistle but are not tied. I tied each one and put them back in the bag. That was a bad idea, somehow they all got knotted together and really slowed me down trying to pass these out on Halloween. I'd suggest tying them and hanging them on something to keep it from getting stuck together

Colorful and get the job done!

Fun colors and well made. Come with strings separate so not ready to go. Bought these as parade throws and was surprised, they were not ready to go and not individually wrapped. Still nice quality for the price.

Cheaply made

OK. They make a sound. Super cheaply made. Cord is a flimsy string. Bought for shoebox gifts. I've bought better made ones in the past for only a few pennies more per whistle. But these will do. Colorful at least.
