It gives you wings. You get energy, the value per dollar is decent, they are super easy to swallow, it seems like the most effective beta alanine supplement I have ever used. I dont get the tingles anymore. I been using this for years. I know some ppl dont like the tingles. If you take a couple bottles it goes away.

I have bought this brand for years but the last bottle of capsules has a distinctive unpleasant smell! Why is this? I hope its still effective

サイズ比較 右下にあるカプセルがベータアラニン、 左のクレアチニンと同等サイズ、 上にあるEPA、カフェインよりは大きめ 効果 1日4カプセルを6週間〜12週間ほどの ローディング期間が必要らしいので、 実感できるのは使い切った後くらいになりそう 毎食後と運動後に1カプセルずつ分けて摂取しているので、ピリピリするようなフラッシュは感じていません。 気が向いたら2,3ヶ月後あたりに追記します。 〜追記〜 半年ほど続けてみました あまり参考にならなくて申し訳ないですが他のサプリと運動も続けているので、これの効果のみとしてはよくわからないというのが正直なところです

カプセルとても大きいです。比較の為にもいつも飲むサプリと写しました。一番大きいものが本品ですこれを4ヶですから飲みづらいです。

筋トレ前に摂取したが効果が分からない。

試合で使ったところ推奨量だと体感で「これ効いてんの？」といったところ。 足すより引く方が難しいことを考えれば、推奨量にプラスするとか人それぞれで対応できる。
