Good energy. No jitters or itchy tingly skin. Most of all No crash. Good sustained energy and focus. It’s a little on the pricey side though.

Love the grape flavor!
Been using this as a pre workout drink for over a year. I find the grape flavor very tasty compared to other brands I’ve tried over the years. The 3 grams of creatine are convenient to have included in this pre workout. It’s a little more expensive than others, but I find it worth it overall.

Be careful.
This is some serious s*** be careful and start out using half a scoop. I got the grape gusher flavor and it tastes amazing but it smells like a-hole…

Grape Gusher is NOT IT
Dude. The grape gusher flavor is rancid. The most chemical tasting pre I have ever ingested. Usually I am a big grape guy, but this is a hard no go. The preworkout is functionally great. Great focus, decent energy (not the best for high stim junkies, but it’ll get ya where you need to go). The flavor is just hard to overlook. It’s like pounding a glass of fabuloso. Avoid at all costs. Miami sunrise is tight, though.
