a superb cleaning kit for my air pistol. l have two airguns, one which fires pellets and the other which fires BB slugs. l inadvertently popped a BB slug into the barrel of the pellet gun. which unfortunately jammed in the barrel when l fired it. l had no rod long enough to clear the blockage. l was considering visiting a Gun Smith, until I researched on Amazon and found this little kit. The delivery was next day and the kit is very comprehensive It is contained in a well laid out fabric zipper case. Inside are half a dozen brass rods with screw ends allowing you to assemble a perfect sized ramrod. There is a roll of wadding and various other end pieces with which to clean the gun. including a flexible screw in cable. I screwed together the rod length I needed and screwed the small hand grip at one end. I chose a steel tipped cap for the "business " end. I then pushed the rod through the gun barrel. The jammed BB exited immediately. I recommend this perfect kit. It took me back to my 60's Army days when I had to keep my SLR in good order and also a Sub Machine gun and a Bren. I feel like a proper little armourer now!

reasonably good product but it is a bit flimsy so be careful when using, the .77 cloth end snapped of so had to buy another piece. hence the 4 stars but overall it is ok

It comes down to one's own preference, but I like my guns clean. Even an air rifle can get dirty and lose its accuracy, and it doesn't take much to throw one out of kilter, especially at longer distances. A quick pull-through with the right tool can keep the barrel efficient and accurate. The supplied accessories, duplicated in both .177 and .22, facilitate this process. There are even extendable rods that can be used with a soft wad for cleaning, or with a rigid end for removing lodged pellets from the bore. All of which benefit from a little lead with use, and this kit allows the user to manage it to their own desire. In all, an indispensible kit in the smaller sizes, and at an affordable price.
