Cars 3 Little Golden Book (Disney/Pixar Cars 3)

I purchased this Cars 3 Little Golden Book storybook for my grandson who is not quite four years old. He now wants paper books and Little Golden Books are the perfect step up from board books. I bought it a week or so ago but wanted to wait until after he saw the movie to give it to him. He saw it on opening day (Friday) and I gave him the book the next day. He loves it! I haven't seen the movie yet, so he “read” the book to me and embellished the story with what he had seen in the movie. He is already wanting the DVD of the movie so until that is released, having this book lets him relive the story. The illustrations are fun and different from other Cars books that we own (from the first two movies) and that adds to the appeal for us.

I was suprised to see Little Golden Books does Cars, so I ordered this for my son. He seems to really like it. Strange is that the text on some pages is randomly bold or a different format (not action words, which would make sense). But for reading aloud no problem.
