I should use a cup for the environment but these are reliable tampons and they make it hard to switch. You can jump mid-air while laughing (just like the old tampon ads) but don’t wear the white tennis skirt of a heavy day because that’s just silly. Don’t use these if your flow is not heavy or you’ll end up with a dry jajina.
