Great for office work
I ordered these for my office because using a handset and typing at the same time was becoming impossible. My boss liked them so much that he had me order a set for him. I have asked customers and they have said the sound quality is great when I'm speaking to them. They are comfortable and just plugged right into our phones.

Great sound quality!!
I am hearing impaired and wear bilateral hearing aids and the headset provided by my employer weren't working for me. I just plugged this into the existing phone and immediately the sound quality is better. Life changing when you are on the phone for 8 hours a day!

We use Cisco 7841 phones, this headset works without the provided adpaters. Plug and play ... FYI..the provided adapters make incompatible headsets, compatible..

Good
This headset is comfortable, but I seem to get a few people tell me that they can't hear me very well. Now I don't know if it's the headset or them. When my supervisor listens to my calls he said he hears me good. I would like for the headset itself to have a volume dial, but it doesn't.
