It is ok. Good flavor but consistency is more like thick porridge and not oatmeal.

The oatmeal makes morning breakfast easy. The taste is good considering it is low carbs. I use slightly less than 4 oz for mixing, due to I like slightly thicker oatmeal . I will purchase it again.

This "oatmeal" had the consistency and flavor of paste. If I had not added cinnamon, dried cranberries and sunflower seeds it would not have been edible. Save your money!

My mother had turned me onto these when I had my wisdom teeth removed and ever since then I’ve been hooked. I have not had any type of bariatric surgery, but I absolutely love this for a portion controlled, low calorie, low carb, low sugar and high protein meal replacement. I know everyone’s taste is different but I absolutely love this banana nut oatmeal. I have a water dispenser at home and so I just fill up a cup of hot water and put it in there and mix it. Let it sit for a little bit and add in some banana, blueberries whatever your heart desires, and it is filling and delicious to me. There’s several different lines of these, and this is absolutely one of my favorites. I take it traveling, so I can just warm up water in a hotel coffee pot and I don’t have to eat some gross nasty hotel breakfast.

I really like this protein oatmeal. As others have pointed out, the texture is more creamy that chunky, but I don't mind. The flavor is great and you don't taste the added protein, unlike a lot of shakes that taste and feel like flavored chalk. If you need a bit more of an "oatmeal-y" texture, add a little uncooked oats to your portion, but be careful of the added calories if that's important to you. The price is a bit high, but nothing outrageous. I definitely recommend this oatmeal and will buy it again.

Tastes good, texture is way off of traditional oatmeal and may be off-putting to some people. Great protein source for those looking to up their morning meal without adding carbs or tracking macros.
