Very successful purchase!
My 13 year old daughter has terrible knee pain when running cross country and playing basketball. To the point we weren’t sure if she could continue. We’ve tried other bands that were uncomfortable and didn’t make much difference. We’ve taped, iced, used heat. Pretty certain she has Osgood-Schlatter disease. These little straps have saved her seasons! No more excruciating pain or limping! They still feel a little sore but nothing compared to before! I believe these crossing in the front is the trick. Perfect amount of pressure applied right under the knee and comfortable behind the knee. And the price was great!

No bulky roll at the front of the knee, but feels as supportive!
I had a knee swell up badly two weeks before we were booked on an Alaskan cruise. Our chiro assured me it would be fine by the time of the cruise, but suggested a patella support strap. I ordered this and the brand recommended by the chiro. I found that brand felt good, but it had a bulky silicone cylinder in front so only worked with shorts, and the velcro strap tended to curl back at the tip, making it easy to snag things (or each other, if wearing on both knees) and pull off. The Crosstrap, however, fastened securely at both ends, never peeling back. It felt at least as supportive as the other brand. And it wasn't bulky, worked fine under leggings and capris. I walked 15,000 steps per day on port days on the cruise, and felt fine, thanks to the Crosstrap. The Crosstrap will be my ongoing support! The others are getting returned!

Definitely Helps
Good quality and can size to any part of my leg. I used it for my IT band and it definitely helped alleviate the pain. The only complaint I have is that if not positioned in a specific way the Velcro will sometimes scratch me if my other leg gets too close. Definitely a shock when running and I scratch myself, but can be fixed by positioning the velcro outward. Make sure not to make it to tight as I was losing circulation during activity, but once fixed everything was fine. I also used them during track races and they did not fall.

It should stay on much better!
I like the design and the fact that you can wrap this tight around your leg. However, after having it only 6 mos and using it a few times per week at most, the velcro is alright losing it's grip and coming undone. Whether I'm hiking or lifting weights, the smallest movement makes it come undone. Ironically, I have one prior that was only secured in one place and it worked so much better, lasting for YEARS! I only bought a replacement since I lost it :-(

Success!
Easy to adjust and immediate relief while exercising. This little item should allow me to continue to workout while I build up the muscle around my knee.

Quest is almost fulfilled! More colors!
Since I had a knee replacement 3-years ago, I’ve had to wear a patellar knee strap every day. Doc isn’t sure why but no time for revisions so fast forward to today. I NEED this strap to walk so you can bet believe I have tried many many and many different styles and brands. This flat profile works great! I don’t like the bulky patellar straps that are too thick or have the rounded tube like front that presses on the tendon. They roll ,, uncomfortable.. etc. The cross strap is flat against the patellar tendon ; I like how it crosses making it easy to make tighter if needed. Simple designs are sometimes all that is needed and this I like! It is not bulky and comfortable behind the knee. I have but ONE request of the company.. since I have to wear this strap forever (literally speaking) .. would you make a variety of colors so I can match with my outfits? It’s now become a necessary accessory! Gray, pink, blue, white, red, green are great colors to start with. Thank you!

Worked great for my daughter with Osgood Schlatter
All of the other bands were too big and bulky and so they either limited her motion too much or hurt her. Or they fell down. The one her doctor gave her was an adult size band of a different style and it bothered her too much. So looking around I found this one and it's nice and slim but holds tight enough. May not last the longest as the velcro and band have worn to where they don't stick. But I've continued to buy new ones of this type because they're so much better and she barely notices them there. I think they're generally cheaper than the other bands too. For context, my daughter is an average height but skinny 11 year old. She's definitely on the small side for the strap but it works. I think her knee circumference in that spot is 11 inches.
