What is surprising is I can hold the hose in my left hand , the nozzle in right hand and adjust the nozzle fully with one finger. That’s something new to me. So far I like it and like the quality .. it’s not a sharp stream but gentle and full . But one finger adjustment is good . I like it so much I say the negative reviews are bs competitions lies . I don’t see a negative. The more Gpm your hose the better .

My children love this nozzle for watering and general play. But, last fall they left it outside in the dirt and under the hedges, massive 30' tall Areca Palms, all winter long. Come to find this spring that the nozzle no longer works, seized up it was. I used Deep Creep penetrating oil to free up the barrel then Dawn dish soap inside and out to make it non oily to the touch. The wife grabbed it on the way through the shed, hooked it up and she said it was as good as new. To me this this makes a champion as far as durability goes, it does not leak, it shuts off easily. I did change the black washer during the clean up. One more thing this is on well water, and I have experienced other nozzles corroding and requiring constant attention, this one is a keeper.

Works good though it doesn't have an off position. Got to get the proper headgear to use it because it makes you feel like a fire fighter when you use it. Seem very well made , we will see how long it lasts.

Initial impressions since I just received and installed it. It’s much heavier and robust feeling as compared with the other popular brand. The spray patterns are adjustable by turning the bell part of the nozzle. Compared with the other popular brand it seems like the full jet spray is not nearly as powerful distance-wise but adequate for my needs. There are no leaks and the cost is much less. Delivery was in one day vs about 7-10 days for the other brand. It’s a keeper in my opinion.

This is one of the good ones, at a good price too. 1. Water flow is so good with this nozzle. This means you should use the highest flow spigot on your house. Ideally you can get full pressure directly from the city supply as it enters your house via a full flow ball valve. If you can't supply enough flow, you might not get the spray distance or pressure you expect. 2. The internals are all metal, unlike it's competitors at this price point. Having metal insides is important because the part you twist against to shut off the water is held by this thin cross brace inside the unit. This is the piece that budget manufacturers replace with plastic because you can't see it. However, when you start getting hard water build up on the valve, you may find yourself using more twisting force to stop the flow, and that's how the cheap ones break. This all metal unit will last a lifetime with no maintenance. 3. Another reviewer mentioned this: Inside my unit there was extra metal left over from casting that might impede the water flow. I used a needle file to remove it, but there wasn't enough to make any noticeable difference in my case. Honestly, even if you don't care to file it down, I would still recommend this one over any other.

This is a very sturdy 'firehose-style' nozzle that appears to be very well-made. I havent tried it yet under high pressure, but the metal construction seems better than the old one I got 10 years ago at a much higher price. It is solid and much heavier than I expected, but it feels like it is going to last. I'll update more once I start using it in earnest

This was purchased to water yard or garden plants. It is terrible for this type of usage! The description should be more clear about this limitation. The water either comes out a narrow, high pressure stream -or- as a wide, gentle pressure, cone of water (the water only comes out on the outer edges of the "cone" shape, no water comes from the middle area it). This makes it impossible to focus the water to gently water plants. I tried working with it, thinking I just had to get the hang of adjusting the spray, but it seems impossible. As said, it is either like a narrow high pressure stream or a rather useless cone mist.

I have only had this item for several days and used it a few times. It's attractive it's heavy it appears durable but time will tell about that. It has a very strong long spray when turned all the way on. It has a very wide and fairly soft but heavy spray when turned all the way to the left. This is okay for watering window boxes but is way too fixed at a higher level than one would want for seedlings for example or anything delicate or getting established or just where you don't want the spray to go high and wide. Depending on your needs this could be a great nozzle or a really annoying one. I'm keeping it and using it but won't give up my old fashioned brass nozzles made in the USA for my other two hoses.

I USE A HIGH PRESSURE SPRAY NOZZLE TO MAINLY WATER A ACRE OF NEW LAWNS EACH YEAR .ALSO FOR MY GARDENS---VEGETABLE AND FLOWER BEDS ON 3 ACRES.THIS NOZZLE WITH PRETTY GOOD CONSTRUCTION -UNFORTUNATELY TURNS OFF BY ROTATING THE NOZZLE ONLY ONE WAY. ALSO IT DID NOT HAVE THE NUMBER OF SPRAY PATTERNS I REQUIRE AND GETTING THE PROPER SPRAY PATTERN I FOUND TO BE TOO DIFFICULT TO DIAL INTO. SINCERELY GORDON UGGLA
