Excellent Cost Efficient Rod
With proper preheat, maintaining heat during the weld process, peening the weld after every pass, and a controlled cool down period with the part wrapped in welding blankets, the Blue Demon ErNi55 performed exceptionally well in this Rockwell double reduction axel repair. We welded in a machined mild steel replacement for the broken power steering lug with no cracking issues. The Blue Demon products have been terrific materials that help our job shop maintain a high level of quality and cost efficiency for our customers.
