It has great cushioning on the back and holds my pods real ...

It has great cushioning on the back and holds my pods real well. The straps hold really well together and will stay in place. The only thing is trying to like re adjust it you have to take them all off to do it so very time consuming and loud. All around a great harness that I will use all the time while playing.
