I watched this movie twice the first time I got it. Very motivational and inspiring.This documentary showed a lot of behind the scenes footage that no one was really privy to outside the Lehigh squad. It also had a lot of JT's official match footage.The DVD also has a wrestling clinic run by JT at Easton highschool. very cool addition. There's also a highlight of JT's wrestling matches.This movie was a reminder that the people who we look up to and think "have it all" weren't necessarily "given it all" and that we all have struggles to face no matter where we are.Much respect to Jon Trenge and Lehigh University's Mountain Hawks.

Follow Jon Trenge as he achieves a victory much greater than any NCAA Championship. The film is packed with great wrestling footage as Trenge is on a conquest to the NCAA Finals. On his path he faces off against the nation's toughest and fiercest competitors to include Superman himself, Cael Sanderson. But ultimately his most difficult opponent lies within himself and the cameras captures this struggle perfectly. The pacing was very well done and had plenty of "edge of your seat" action. And the "special features" is also a big bonus, as it includes a sneak-peak of Trenge's clinic where he shows off some of his secret moves that made him a 3-time All-American.

Very vivid and strong portrayal of a young man overcoming many obstacles to strive for a tremendous goal.Really enjoyed this presentation of Jon. Heard him at a coaches' clinic in Washington this past November. Great presenter and balances high expectations for self and team along with 'workin' hard and havin' fun!!!

Outstanding movie, a must see for any Jr High, High School or Colligiate wrestler - shows the heart and determination that comes from wanting to be a champion. My 14 yr old son watched it right before a big tournament and he came out with a new fresh fire, I recommend it to other wrestlers, their parents and coaches, it is a film that goes beyond wrestling it show what heart and desire can do for you, plus show the demons these young athletes face on a daily basis.Veritas

An excellent story about one tough man who had to overcome adversity. Highly recommended for any wrestler, martial artist or someone diagnosed with retinal detachment or other similar serious eye injuries.

Good documentary.

Wow, what an amazing documentary. Even if you're not a wrestler. THis story is one of true inspiration for any competitor. Trenge is an amazing athlete and a real human being. Good luck to him in his future.
