Great Utensil to Have
Everything that I’d hoped it would be. I haven’t been able to find a dough blender in store and this one is perfect. The stainless steel matches my other utensils. It’s made with screws instead of cheap rivets. And it made cutting butter into flour sooo much faster and easier than the masher I was using. The stainless steel is a little harder to grip with greasy hands, but I’m okay with it because I like the all stainless steel look. Easy to use and clean. I would recommend.

OK so my friend's been telling me for years to get one of these thingys...I finally broke down and this one is pretty solidly made and has a good grip to it. I wanted to love this, it's well made but I find this harder than using my hands, other appliances/tools. The dough for me just gets stuck in the groves and makes it more time consuming and more of a pain for me anyway.

Great quality pastry cutter
I use this for piecrust and biscuits. It's blades are much sturdier than my old wire one. They do a great job and can even cut cold butter. They are not so sharp that they are dangerous. When I'm done I just wipe it off and put it in the dishwasher.

This is very well made, and heavy for its size. I bought this with durability in mind...it is going to be very durable as it is really well constructed.
